The Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a Software Engineering Recruiter
to join their midtown-based team. In this newly created position, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring key technical talent within MSK.
smart and analytical
have a background in tech recruiting or sourcing
a bit of a data nerd
okay with being part of a traditional Talent Acquisition team (no free beer, occasional cookies)
Find the best talent including passive seekers that don't want to be found
Determine the best sources to acquire
talent (GitHub, HackerRank, Stack Overflow)
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Build a pipeline of top software engineering talent through researching and networking
Write authentic messages to talent through inmail or email
Create attractive postings
cycle recruiting process
NOT be held to unreasonable hiring quotas
4 years experience as a technical recruiter (or sourcer)
can write boolean searches in your sleep
The drive, social skills, and ability travel to engage talent at tech events
