Clearlink is growing rapidly in its Insurance verticals, and seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to provide leadership, strategy insight, and collaboration with executives. This role will shape the process and profile for Clearlink Insurance Sales Agents, and work cross functionally to ensure exceptional candidate experience, achievement of high demand hiring needs, and expansion of Clearlink\u2019s reputation in the Insurance industry.\u00a0 Key responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for insurance sales, claims, and servicing agents; analyze and improve existing processes, propose advancements based on industry best practices, and champion productive change Design, implement and support the successful processes, tools, systems and training necessary to scale a rapidly growing organization Provide sourcing insight, strategy recommendation, and creative solutions Serve as a leader and resource to a growing team of recruiters; support the day to day processes while ensuring achievement of hiring goals and mentoring on an individual level Develop specialized reports that track and communicate KPI\u2019s, industry trends, variances, and budget spending decisions Key Qualifications: BA\/BS degree in a relevant field 5 years of recruiting experience in high growth companies in progressive positions 3 years insurance industry recruitment; comfort and excitement in serving as a subject matter expert Strong project management skills; ability to analyze risk and benefit in planning stages, consistent follow up and cross functional communication, focus on end goals and deliverables Superior communication and analytical skills; capacity to distill complex, high level challenges and translate resulting needs to a variety of audience, executive to entry level Proven ability to thrive in fast paced, metric driven, ever changing environment; focus on problem solving and flexibility
