Description

The Nike Digital team is seeking a seasoned

director-level HR talent to provide strategic HR leadership to multiple

organizational units & leaders under our Chief Digital Officer. Nike

Digital drives the platforms, experiences, and partnerships that power

Nike.com, the Nike App, the SNKRs, Running, and Training Apps, Nike Plus

Membership, and Stores digital capability.Today we are a rapidly growing $2B owned digital retail business, and a

sharp point for the company’s future.

The HRBP will bring a deep understanding of

the unique challenges and opportunities of a hyper-iterative digital landscape.They will be able to advise the business and

HR COE functions on organizational and employee needs and opportunities that

align with, and will help to enable, NIKE’s digitally-led future of engaging

consumers and doing business.

As an embedded member of multiple digital

leadership teams, the HRBP will focus on organization, talent, and

culture, with an emphasis on running an operation at scale while

building, leading, managing and developing diverse, high-performing organizations.The selected candidate will bring proven

leadership skills, business insights, enterprise thinking, and influencing

capability to guide the development of a dynamic and growing digital focus at

Nike.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop

and deliver the Team and Talent Strategy for multiple digital

organizations

· Continue

to activate and transition Nike Digital to the company’s new Consumer Direct

Operating Model while also optimizing organization-specific effectiveness where

appropriate—with a focus on accelerating digital capability & culture

· Coach

and act as a trusted, influential advisor to Business Leaders

· Guide

and partner with digital leadership and HR COE teams to maximize opportunities,

and develop and drive solutions

· Optimize

human capital investments through on-going org effectiveness and

workforce/talent planning efforts

· Lead

team to execute global programs & initiatives to achieve intended

results

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field or an additional two years of experience in lieu of a degree

8 years of experience across HR Generalist and Specialist areas; experience leading or working closely with OD/OE, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards preferred.

Proven experience setting and leading complex organizational effectiveness and design initiatives, as well as multi-year talent strategies, is highly preferred

Extensive experience leading HR within digital commerce, digital-focused companies, and/or digital business units is highly preferred

Well-developed Business Acumen and proven enterprise thinking

Ability to coach and communicate across all levels of the organization; up, down and across

Proven experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them lead an organization through significant change, and during a period of realignment and growth.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills

Comfortable with ambiguity

Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving organization

Available to travel 10%
