The primary focus of the Business Development Manager will be to build on existing relationships & explore new business opportunities offering Staffing/IT Solutions to various clients.2. This position will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, including; lead generation, qualification, requirements collection, resume submission, negotiation, and closure.3. Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.4. New Client Development and Rapport Building.5. Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits6. Explore new opportunities with existing clients and strategize how we can grow within these clients7. Understand overall business trends and issues of target clients, as well as buying process for services and competitive situation.8. Ensuring management is aware of all competitive activities within accounts, and preventing attrition.9. Motivating the recruitment team with quality driven recruitment processes10. Work closely with our technical recruiters to thoroughly explain client requirements and submit superior IT staff11. Work closely with the recruitment team to find the right candidate for the right role, interviewing, salary negotiating, hiring, and staying up to date with the latest technologies in the IT industry.12. Identifying and adopting the right tools, job sites, and data to help improve recruitment processes13. Responsible for the continued growth and success of the company14. Identify new decision makers and establish new relationships through cold and warm calling, social media, networking, and referrals.15.
