We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to manage the flow of candidates through our recruitment lifecycle and help build a world class team. You’ll fit right in if you’re highly organized, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Coordinate, schedule, and confirm a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews
Document recruitment activity into our ATS (applicant tracking system)
Collect interview feedback from interviewers
Schedule post-interview debrief meetings
Organize internal recruiting events, on-campus events at local universities and other external recruiting events
Experience in a role that involves coordination and/or scheduling
Strong written and verbal communication
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and solve conflicts in a fast-paced environment
