\u003cp\u003eThis position is responsible for working with the Littler Learning Group (LLG) team on all facets of training content and project development, including training products and services. Works primarily with LLG staff as well as Littler attorneys, clients, and prospects. Assists with content development from engagement through product delivery.  Involves substantial LLG team collaboration. Must have curriculum design experience, excellent content development skills, and project management skills, as well as organizational and communication skills. \u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUtilize legal content in Littler’s knowledge base to assist with the development and design of training content for LLG employment law training services, including:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cul\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with LLG team, Knowledge Management, Littler attorneys, clients and others to create and maintain training content materials, design and deliver training programs and engagements, develop learning resources and update existing courses.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure delivery of training solutions and overall strategic alignment of the training department with LLG business goals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with LLG team members and the Knowledge Management Library team to research and develop content for LLG employment law course materials.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain and update the catalog of training materials, including video, PowerPoint, podcast and other supplemental materials used by LLG.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate on innovative training technologies, including eLearning, webinars, and virtual classrooms.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify and assess future and current training needs through consultation with LLG, industry analysis, firm and client stakeholder requests, and needs assessments.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist LLG training development by incorporating a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as:\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ecurriculum design, role playing, simulations, team and individual exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, scripts/talking points, audio/visual aids, or other supporting materials for learning activities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eIdentify video (and related format) content needs for training programs; develop content and scripts for video content.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eReview, revise, and edit training materials including: PowerPoint content, speaker’s notes, webinar scripts, and vignette storylines.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWhere necessitated, conduct research and interface with KM librarians, to provide statistics, materials, and information from an employment law context, to support key learning points.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003c/ul\u003e

\u003cli\u003eProvide strategy input for quarterly and annual content and product development.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with marketing tools, including drafting and revising course descriptions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide strategy on content workflow as needed to facilitate delivery of competing projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with client contact, preparation of supplemental training materials for training events, scheduling and logistics, as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other video conferencing platforms.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated working familiarity with eLearning training solutions and ability to discuss options thereto relative to other forms of training e.g., in-person, webinar, virtual.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated ability to work with cloud-based document and email management services.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated ability to operate standard office equipment such as a personal computer and web camera.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eBachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources, instructional design, social sciences, training and development or related field, plus approximately four plus years on the job experience in training management, project management, learning and development, program management, workflow process management, product development or related industry necessary in order to perform required duties in a highly professional setting.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e
