Support local HR strategy through partnership with business and operations leadership, adherence to corporate HR policies and procedures, management of local onsite temporary staffing provider, and dedication to flawless execution, professionalism, and overall performance excellence. Responsible for coordination of activities, directly or indirectly, such as, hourly talent acquisition, manpower management and planning, hourly compensation, talent management, positive employee relations strategies, and other duties in support of overall human resource excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree university required; Master’s degree preferred • 3-5 years of related HR experience working in manufacturing environment. • PHR or SPHR desired • Technical knowledge of employment laws, federal and state regulations, collective labor agreements, etc. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization verbally, written, and through formal presentations • Experience in developing and executing HR strategies as it pertains to employee relations
