Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst

The Sourcing Analyst will be a key team member within the broader Talent Acquisition team here at Nasdaq. As a FinTech/Technology organization we are always competing for the best and brightest talent. In order to continue to compete we need to ensure that we are always sourcing and recruiting the most qualified candidates available in our markets around the world. Once we have identified the right talent we want to ensure that they move through the Nasdaq recruiting lifecycle in the most effective and efficient manner possible. The Sourcing Analyst will be the key to this experience as they will be the person sourcing, building pipelines and assisting with the scheduling and onboarding of candidates.Responsibilities include understanding the labor market, building sourcing strategies and slates in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. A strong level of comfort with various marketing and social media mediums will be important as you will be required to utilize these tools to source but also deliver our Employment Brand to target audiences:

  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches.
  • Manage multiple tasks supporting several recruiters at one time.
  • Interface with Hiring Managers & candidates to schedule candidate interviews.
  • Lead candidates through the hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Continuously expands networks to generate lists of possible candidates through websites, blogs, etc.
  • Monitors, tracks and logs talent community network and source sites for various outreach programs.
  • Sources passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to recruitment team on the market place to keep managers informed about realistic expectations.
  • Works with the Talent Acquisition team to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection, and technologies associated with the candidate generation function.
  • Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Utilizes social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company website.
  • Participate in the execution and coordination of Executive hiring

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business, marketing, human resources, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work with a remote team across geographies.
  • A demonstrable passion for recruiting, and technology industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels; senior leadership, hiring managers
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), LinkedIn and Workday a plus
