As a Leadership Recruiter, you’ll use your sourcing skills and full-cycle leadership recruiting experience to develop a rich, diverse candidate pool and provide a world-class leadership/executive candidate experience as they travel through the candidate lifecycle.

What youll do:
Source passive talent for Flexport Leadership roles;
Lead full life-cycle senior level searches for the company’s Director to C-level roles, in addition to niche individual contributor roles, across a variety of functions;
Drive a high-level candidate experience through best-in-class candidate management techniques;
Intake executive referrals and provide white glove process;
Provide comprehensive and creative market talent mapping techniques and process to uncover talent aligning with Flexport’s culture and mission;
Develop relationships for long-term engagement and pipeline success;
Build strong hiring leader partnerships and provide guidance and expertise to drive the hiring process;
Develop an understanding of Flexport’s products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent;
Work hand-in-hand with recruiting partners and hiring leaders to devise and execute sourcing plans;
Create leadership recruiting best practices for employee referral, event, and industry hiring;
Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders;
Build Flexport’s recruiting brand from the ground up.
What you’ll need:
3 year experience in a sourcing and full-cycle leadership recruiting role, preferably at a search firm or internal executive search division in a forward-thinking and nimble company;
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a penchant for data;
Basic awareness of modern software development tools and tech stacks;
A strong desire to build an organization, have fun, grow, and succeed!
