CCS is currently looking for a HR Representative for our corporate office in Santa Ana, Ca. This is a Full-time Position (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday. The position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals that pride themselves in providing quality service. Position Description The Human Resources Administration provides support in the administration of day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including supporting the timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll. This position advises company managers regarding Human Resources issues and organizes implementation of services, policies, and programs throughout departments. The position completes day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinates various projects to assist departments and the overall company to ensure a smooth work flow. Duties and Responsibilities Answer questions and process work flow regarding additions/changes/deletions of employees’ medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and miscellaneous deductions Work with employee and carrier to resolve any enrollment/claim issues Assist with coordination and administration of open enrollment Process verifications of employment Administer disability and workers’ compensation claims Track and Post OSHA-required data Review resumes and interview candidates for open positions Create offer letters Maintain and updates Human Resources Information System records with accurate employee information Prepares and reviews 401(k) retirement plan deductions and loan repayments, ensures items are properly reported to the plan administrators Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports Reconcile timecards for payroll processing Adheres to corporate policies and procedures Maintains accurate records of companies Paid Time Off policy Review and audit monthly benefits billings Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Prepare and process new hire and termination paperwork within the HRIS system. Assisting with the coordination of special projects Organize, prioritize and respond as appropriate to correspondence as necessary Skills and Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in SPANISH and ENGLISH a PLUS Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now/ ADP EZ Labor preferred Knowledge of all aspects of payroll taxes and federal and state wage laws for California and Nevada Basic knowledge of HR Laws: ERISA, COBRA, FLSA, ACA, FMLA, and EEOC Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Sound problem solving skills and takes initiative High level of confidentiality and integrity/Consistent exercise of good judgment Sense of urgency and time management/ Ability to routinely work under pressure High integrity and work ethics Strong attention to detail Interacting with staff at all levels of the agency in a fast paced environment Bilingual SPANISH a Plus Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred Minimum 3 years related HR Administrator experience preferred Physical Actions Required job duties are a mix of sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum.
