Human Resources (HR)/Accounts Payable (AP) ManagerShift: DayHours: Full TimeThe primary purpose of you job position is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable human resources, accounting and Cost reimbursement principles relating to the long-term care operation.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the HR and accounting department. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating cost of the facility.Coach and advise personnel and managers Conduct pre-employment and background screeningManage Leave of Absence requests and processingEnsure AAP and EEO compliance and reportingMaintain and update human resource records, forms, and policies Maintain HRIS - Data entry into Enterprise of all Personnel changes and reportsRequirements: Must have, as a minimum, 2-3 year(s) experience in HR with bookkeeping or accounting practices.
