Monitor and correct Kronos system punches
Monitor auto insurance for employees
Monitor HR fax line & distribute as needed
Monitor cards for birthday and anniversary tracking
Monitor DMV pull notices; update logs with new hires, and terms
Maintain employee files; filing all changes such as wage increase, write ups etc.
Maintain company cell phone binder; file paperwork for new lines & new phones
Sort payroll checks & attach memos as required
Update payroll delivery log with new hires, terms, LOA's and workers comp
Create new hire packets for new hire orientation
Create benefits packets for new hire orientation
Subpoena's: work with HR Director to ensure all documents are copied & sent
Administer and maintain FMLA requests, generate letters, paperwork, monitor through return.
Administer and monitor all workers comp claims with employees, with our carrier, and maintain all paperwork, attend meetings, depositions, etc
Maintain all benefit enrollments, declinations, as well as open enrollment meetings, etc..
Maintain Direct Deposit binder with current employees and pull terms.
Maintain I-9 files with current employees and pull terms.
Reorganize medical files which include: re-labeling with names & removing terms.
Reorganize leave of absence folders by compiling paperwork and creating order.
