The role of the Project Coordinator is to plan, execute, and rebrand objectives according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the rebranding team members in order to complete the objectives according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also define the project's objectives and be responsible for quality control throughout its life cycle.
Direct and coordinator project development for beginning to end.
Execute project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaison with project stakeholder on an ongoing basis.
When required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personal from within the company.
Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Monitor execution of task to ensure activities are project is on schedule, issues are escalated as needed and resolved appropriately, decisions are made effectively, and project is progressing as expected.
Deliver progress reports, required documents, and presentations.
Proactively coordinator changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
React to project adjustments promptly and efficiently.
Project Management Certification.
Three (3) years' experience with project management software.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability to shift priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
