Overview

: Achieve overall client satisfaction with Oasis products and services through basic payroll processing, support and management of client relationships leveraging partnership with other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Payroll

: process payroll, including taxes, workers compensation, benefits and other

deductions. Quality control audits, Ensures client events are documented for enterprise

visibility, real time status updates, and reporting. Maintains a client base of payroll clients

relevant to size and complexity associated with an experienced Payroll Account

Manager. Keeps abreast of the features and functionality of the payroll processing

system and changes in wage and tax laws. Becomes the go-to person on how to use the

systems features and functionality. Mentors, Educates and trains Payroll Associate on

more complex payroll processing parameters, including Web, Excel / Time Clock Feeds,

PTOs, General Ledger, Electronic On Boarding, Team Helpdesk, Other Services as

Developed

Customer Service

- proactively engages clients to ensure timely actions and that Oasis

services are understood. Obtains necessary information, Communicates and remediates

client issues and involves appropriate departments through resolution; Establishes and

maintains positive working relationships with clients, co-workers/stakeholders and cross functional

departments. Contacts clients by company accepted methods to obtain

necessary information, build relationships, resolve issues, communicate Oasis and

federal & state updates. Contacts clients with reminder calls and places an

acknowledgement call to the client confirming receipt and completion of the task

Experience:

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred

Experience: 2 years office experience with data entry, customer service, and problem resolution required; 2 years multi state HR & Payroll Experience preferred

Technical Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) preferred

Additional Certifications:

Other Requirements: Proactive self-starter who can initiate meetings and build customer centric

relationships; Excellent time management skills. Attention to detail, with a

results oriented approach preferred. Advanced skills with complex payroll

processing parameters, including Web, Excel / Time Clock Feeds, PTOs,

General Ledger & FLSA Guidelines preferred
