Assists with the administration, direction, and operations of the Human Resources for IT staffing company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work with hiring managers to execute the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, background checks and on-boarding.
Work with immigration attorney's to maintain paper and electronic filing.
Maintain employee data
Perform human resources functions as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledgeable of human resources rules and regulations
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
Strong written and oral communications skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
