Work You ll DoDeliver large complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for clients. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and projects from planning through execution. Consult with clients on a daily basis to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of Human Resources (HR) service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships and oversee projects from planning through execution. Identify business requirements to facilitate creating functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping) and support procedures. Formulate implementation, budget, forecast and report strategies. Oversee Workday Configuration assignments and propose Workday best practices and solutions by participating in knowledge sharing sessions to communicate technical impact of application configuration decision to clients. Develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Crystal Reports, and SQL. Provide project development estimates, blueprinting and PeopleSoft HRMS and Workday implementation.
