General Description The Human Resources Intern will provide general support to the Human Resources Department. Primary Responsibilities Organize and file new hire paperwork. Assist with creation and maintenance of employee files and filing system\/process. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and sourcing qualified job candidates. Post open positions on various job boards. Conduct candidate reference checks. Assist with the scheduling and coordination of various HR programs. Assist with the creation of documentation for various HR procedures. Perform administrative duties including printing, mailing letters, filing, scanning, and other related duties as needed. Other administrative support as needed. Job Requirements Junior or Senior progressing towards a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field Previous HR experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Must have an extremely high level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Parametric is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a work environment that is free of discrimination and harassment.
