The Executive Recruiter will be at the forefront of our growth. Not only will this person have the opportunity to help build our growing leadership team, but play a key role in our talent acquisition department. The recruiter will be responsible for managing executive level talent throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This person will be key in sitting with executive members to build out the appropriate executive recruitment strategies for various roles across a rapidly growing organization. The Executive Recruiter must possess a presence to persuade, negotiate and building strong relationships with internal business leaders and potential candidates meeting the caliber of talent to lead R1. The Executive Recruiter will be expected to produce progress reports and meeting with executives on a regular basis to articulate pipelines and progress. The Executive Recruiter will partner with assigned business leaders, staffing vendors, sourcing partners, professional organizations HR leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, talent strategies, and staffing needs to build out an effective, actionable recruitment strategy. With a keen eye for innovation you will be accountable for delivering the very best talent in a quick fashion and meeting SLAs and KPIs as assigned. Your day to day role will include: * Develop strong relationships with executive level leaderships * Work with business leaders and HR partners to develop robust job profiles to attract top talent * Develop new sources and identify new strategies to build a warm bench of talent * Conduct initial call to potential candidate * Creates proactive and consultative recruitment processes sourcing strategies and delivers on hiring needs in a quick manner * Organize and arrange onsite interviews and ensure travel arrangements are met * Conduct candidate references for all executives being considered for an offer from R1 * Manage daily and weekly reporting and updates to executives * Build passive talent pipelines of pre-screened candidates who are interested in existing opportunities and/or future openings * Arrange and lead debrief sessions with executive leaders following interviews * Responsible for building company executive recruiting and hiring strategy for company You Have: * Bachelors degree is required * 7 years of recruitment experience * At least 3 years experience of Executive Recruiting experience * Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring leaders at various levels from VPs to C-Suite. * A track record of proven success building relationships with executive leaders * Persuasive communication skills via email and phone. * Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects to completion with quick turnarounds at times. * Results oriented, strong collaboration, influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills. * Intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. * Strong project management skills; demonstrated history of managing sourcing projects in a recruiting environment. * Strong analytical skills; has hands-on experience; ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions. * Demonstrated business acumen in healthcare, technology and/or financial services.
