An excellent opportunity to join our HR Operations team in Bath.u00a0 Your main responsibility will be to support our global Engineering business. Reporting to the Reward & HR Operations Manager you will be required to provide administrative support to the wider HR team. You will be responsible for a wide range of transactional activity to include but not limited to: Issuing contracts of employment Completing system updates Responding to queries Assisting with ad-hoc business requests First point of contact for all HR queries Administrative and HR System (Agresso) support for the full employment lifecycle from issuing of contract to leaver processing Co-ordinate various processes e.g. maternity/shared parental leave periods, fixed-term contracts, secondments etc. Maintain all administrative process documentation and ensure they remain fit for purpose Maintain filing of personnel records for all employees Completing exit interviews Providing additional support to HR colleagues where required More about you... We are looking for individuals that are punctual, approachable, enthusiastic and confident. Someone who thrives on working with a wide variety of tasks. Liaising with individuals both in the UK and our overseas offices.
