The selected candidate will be experienced as a Medical Recruiter, preferably with a background in an agency environment. The selected candidate will be called upon to develop sourcing strategies to successfully recruit Medical and Healthcare professionals, covering the full spectrum of Healthcare positions, levels and wage ranges. The selected individual will have the ability to effectively communicate with candidates across all levels of the organizational chart. Responsibilities:· Source, screen, schedule, interview, evaluate and identify qualified candidates.· Develop recruitment and advertising programs.· Use sourcing strategies including social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, and networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.· Manage the recruiting process to include sourcing, prescreening, final selections.· Maintain current candidate activity using our applicant tracking system.Job Requirements· 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting. · Bachelor’s degree preferred.· The ability to simultaneously work multiple recruiting assignments at varying levels.· Effective oral and written communication skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills.· A strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, and good judgment.· Strong organizational skills· A self-directed individual who is a team player.· Ability to relate and articulate to people at all levels of an organization.If you have an interest in this opportunity and have the qualifications and experience noted, please apply!Lyons HR is a “Full Service” human resource company.
