This is an in-office position in Norwalk, CT with weekly travel to the New York, NY office. Occasional work from home may be permitted as well.


Manages support functions within the Executive Recruiting team. Serves as a strategic partner with others on the team to deliver exceptional executive recruitment services. NYC and Norwalk, CT locations available.

Fundamental Components include, but are not limited to:

Serve as a partner with other members of the Executive Recruiting team to deliver top-quality, high-touch executive recruitment service that exceeds client expectations (*)

Collaborate with other team members to improve the executive search service delivery model through a careful and continual analysis and review of search processes and protocols. Make and implement recommendations related to processes as appropriate (*)

Coordinate candidate interview activity, including travel, accommodations and itineraries (*)

Prepare candidate information / assessment packages to be distributed to each member of the interview team in advance of each interview (*)

Manage workflow activity, including the opening of job requisitions, submission of candidate resumes, ensuring the applicable forms are completed (*)

Maintain responsibility for outbound communications to external applicants, whether solicited or not. Maintain Executive Recruiting e-mail box (*)

Generate offer packages under the guidance of the Executive Recruiters. Ensure receipt by candidate. Ensure timely return of pertinent materials. Track drug test and background check results (*)

Handle additional responsibilities as requested by management (*)


4 years office experience (preferable in a corporate or law firm environment); required

Demonstrated success coordination of multifaceted and complex meeting arrangements; required

Demonstrated success utilizing recruitment technology (i.e., applicant tracking); preferred

Demonstrated successful management of expense processing and tracking; required

Experience communicating successfully with individuals at all management levels, particularly those at the executive level; preferred

Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in both internally and externally directed documents and communications; required


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a HS Diploma or GED.
