As a member of the TalentnAcquisition team, the Talent Sourcing Specialist partners withnRecruiters/Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs, develop andnimplement proactive, innovative sourcing strategies for critical,ndifficult and visible vacancies. The Talent SourcingnSpecialist will strategically source active and passive talent,nassess and select qualified talent to be referred as candidates fornopen searches including networking and cultivating a talentnpipeline. PrincipalnResponsibilities andnTasksu00a0Creativelynsource for talent, using various tools such as cold calling,nLinkedIn, job boards, search engines, social media, resumendatabases, etc. to generate high volume/high quality candidatenpipelines for current and futurenvacancies.Builds, manages the CRM databasenwhich may include building job campaigns, generating reports andnmaintaining consistent communication with passivencandidates.Researches and monitors trends andndevelopments in sourcing tools/technologies, and provides solutionsnto Sourcing leader.Develops and maintainsninternal and external relationships with key stakeholders,nincluding but not limited to vendors, recruiters, candidates,nhiring managers, universities and relevantnassociations.Screen applicant resumes based onnthe Recruitment Specialistsu2019/Hiring Managersu2019nrequirements.Identifies associations,norganizations, etc. for diversity recruitment; creates andnmaintains diversity talent pool.Posts andnmanages job postings on various job boards, social media,netc.Collaborates with Recruitment Specialistsnto update/create search engine optimized jobnpostings.Makes recommendations to Recruitersnof reviewed resumes with credentials for appropriate skills,nexperience and knowledge in relation to positionnrequirements.Conducts initial phone screens tonengage and fully qualify candidates against jobnspecifications.Presents qualified candidate tonthe appropriate Recruitment SpecialistAttendsnmeetings with recruiters and hiring managers when necessary to gainna better understanding of required talent pool and provide insightnas needed.Provides weekly/biweekly activitynreports to Recruitment Specialists/HiringnManagers.Attends and assists in the planningnand execution of in-house career events, external job fairsnincluding promoting the UMMS brand, screening candidates andninputting their information into thenCRM.Tracks the progress of candidatesnsubmitted to hiring manager/recruiter to ensure candidatenprogression.Gathers and prepares data tonassess effectiveness of sourcing strategy; analyzes reports onnsourcing metrics.Participates in collaborativenteam efforts which include goals of process improvement, sharingnbest practices, and new and creative ideas for employment brandingnand other marketing options.Providesnadministrative support and performs diversified administrativenfunctions such as scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions,ncomposing letters, etc.What You Need to BenSuccessful:Bacheloru2019s Degreenrequired.Minimum 3 years of recruitment/talentnacquisition, sourcing or other related experiencenrequired.Experience with cold calling, Booleannsearch/sourcing techniques.
