Description Days, Full Time The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing,screening and triage of incoming RN candidates. This position is responsiblefor the candidate experience and will source, assess, and align candidates torequisitions that most effectively meet the needs of the both the business andthe candidate. Essential Functions Leverages available sourcing methods such as direct calls, social media, internet search engines, networking, job posting sites, community and school partnerships, diversity associations, Applicant Tracking System, external and internal job fairs to identify and engage high quality RN applicants. Screens all applicants prior to recruiter submission. Strategically monitors volume, type and location of RN requisition volume. Works with business leaders and HR to address RN recruitment needs. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all RN recruitment metrics. Continuously identifies strategies to increase RN external new hire base. Works closely with recruiters to ensure each candidate experiences a seamless, high touch, highly communicative and engaging process from application to hire\/disposition. A champion of leader communication and engagement, involving all levels of leadership proactively to gather feedback and share progress\/accomplishments Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities Act as Brand Ambassador, Represents KyOne externally as a cultural steward with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships. Qualifications Education\/ Accreditation \/ Licensure (required & preferred): \u00b7Bachelor\u2019sDegree required. Master\u2019s Degree preferred. \u00b7PHR\/SPHRor Six Sigma preferred. Experience (requiredand preferred): \u00b7Minimumof five years in Human Resources role required, three of which must be recruitment. \u00b7Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
