Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) team.


The Sr. Enterprise HR Technology Analyst is responsible for

performing business analysis, developing enterprise application design

recommendations, and support the enhancement, configuration and development of

enterprise wide HR technology systems and applications and is the system

administrator for the organization.


The Sr. HR Technology Analyst will support a range of

projects, corporate and divisional HR Technology initiatives involving business

acquisitions, system upgrades/enhancements, releases and maintenance of all

Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. 


The Sr. HR Technology Analyst leads and or supports multiple

work activities/projects of high complexity and impact/risk. The Sr. HR

Technology has expertise in several areas of HR Technology, while also having

an end-to-end perspective of HR or Talent Management systems and

HCM, Avature (CRM) and Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), SumTotal (LMS)


position is focused on Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion).

Leads/project manages

smaller HR Technology projects, enhancement and/or annual events. Oversees the

completion of project deliverables or assignments, including planning,

assigning, monitoring, reviewing progress and accuracy of work, and evaluating

results, etc. Acts as functional

leader role on larger projects and can facilitate dialogue and decisions across

multiple divisions.Leads design sessions

to identify functional requirements/specifications for new development and

ongoing projects.Ability to complete

configuration, enhancements, environment refreshes, releases, patches and

upgradesUnderstands and drives

User Experience StrategyMay act as a liaison

between business and IT to review completed functional specifications,

technical specifications &customizations on existing integrations.May act as Security

subject matter expert responsible for design and implementation of new security

roles and associated activities to support projects, new enhancements or

changes to PeopleSoft, SumTotal LMS, Taleo, HCM Cloud or Kronos.Plans, designs,

develops and executes test scenarios and scripts and can facilitate UAT

sessions. Creates, reviews and

obtains signoff of work and change requests. Uses knowledge of

content and business needs to support communications/change management

activities for projects and enhancements.


Process Improvement

Identifies, analyzes,

recommends and implements process improvements.Uses knowledge of

current HR Technology trends to focus on long-term process improvement and

recommend technology improvements.



Demonstrates deep

knowledge HR/Talent processes and practices.Ensures efficient and

accurate system production through effective analysis, design and maintenance

of system tables. Manage system enhancements and releases.  For on-premise, this includes update and

maintenance of core HCM tables. For cloud, this includes completing

configuration for enhancements and releases.Coordinates work of

third-party vendors for ongoing support activities.Develops queries/reports

using PeopleSoft query tool, stand-alone SQL and/or other Enterprise reporting

tools.Identifies, removes and

resolves key barriers/issues through innovative solutions. Provides third-level

support for HR Technology support (Tier 2) as well as Tier 1 and other users

within established service level guidelines.Monitors integrations

and resolves integrations issues.Performs production

operation tasks/activities as needed, including running and processing jobs. Performs other duties

as assigned.  Depending on department and

business needs, primary focus areas may change.
