Primary Skills : Workday reports, HRIS,HCM, Workday Job Duration : 06 Months contract Contract Type : W2 Location : Foster City Responsibilities : Manage Tier 2 tickets on production issues related to Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues Update\/enable configurations on Recruiting and HCM modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for WD releases as well as weekly releases Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing Create advanced custom reports Maintain requirement\/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts Participate in system testing Skillset : Experience in supporting Recruiting function in general Minimum 2 years of hands on\/intensive experience on WD Recruiting and HCM (Onboarding) modules Experience with WD reporting including calculated fields and EIB Experience with Avature or other CRM system preferred Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
