No we are not a staid institution; we are creative and are changing the way we look at Talent Management solutions for our workforce.  As a Talent Development Program Manager, you will utilize your expertise to create, curate and deliver high impact learning and development solutions for our 1,700 employees, managers and leaders.

Your dynamic, credible and engaging learning professional experience will be fully leveraged to create and facilitate top-tier learning programs and opportunities for the organization.  We believe in a culture of continuous learning and if you believe this too, you will help us advance and evolve the learning's impact for the Bank.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

Design, develop and deliver innovative, engaging and impactful leadership and professional development programs across a variety of learning modalities

Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover development needs in partnership with the Talent Development Manager (TDM)

Utilize your deep knowledge of how people learn and grow to help evolve our leadership program offerings to build a culture of continuous learning

Work collaboratively with the TDM, Business Leaders, People Success & Rewards team to evolve our Talent Development offerings and programs

Manage the full learning development life-cycle from inception to delivery and measurement

Work collaboratively with the Talent Development team regarding program design, performance analysis and learning technology for training needs

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience in designing, developing and delivering leadership and professional development programs within an organization

Strong knowledge and experience with best practices in leadership development and talent management 

Excellent time and project management skills, with highly developed ability to juggle competing priorities

Ability to navigate complexity and establish priorities in an often ambiguous environment

Strong consultative, organizational, analytic and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to include: communicating complex issues succinctly, presenting effectively, building and maintaining client relationships while exercising influence, facilitation and negotiation skills to achieve desired results

Proven ability to develop new program materials including use of PowerPoint and other material development tools

Proven ability to both develop and oversee development of new program materials including use of PowerPoint

Naturally curious, innovative, creative and constantly looking for ways to change and optimize learning impact to meet business needs

Positive, authentic, solution-oriented team player with a good sense of humor

Desired by not required qualifications:

E-Learning tools such as Adobe Captivate & Articulate
