DescriptionnThe Human Resources Senior Project Analyst position is responsible for providing analysis of various human resources programs and initiatives while also performing executive human resources administrative functions in support for one of our Senior Human Resources Business Partners.nIn this role, you will be ready and able to take the initiative and identify where value can be added. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an analyst capacity or demonstrated the skills needed to be successful in the role. The ability to work with agility under pressure and within timelines is essential. This would be the right role for an individual who enjoys working with a leadership team that values your contribution and input while having the confidence that you can execute flawlessly independently.nPrimary responsibilities include:nIn the Analyst function (60% of your time) you may be asked to:nSupporting and coordinating HR initiatives and projects.nPerforming quality control of HR reporting / presentations.nPreparing and follow-up associated HR tasks – often requiring confidentiality and sensitivity.nTaking an active supporting role in annual enterprise initiatives (talent, performance, compensation, promotions).nProviding basic research on HR practices, policies and internal data trends.nAssisting in the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.nIn the Executive Administrative function (40% of your time) you will:nManaging an exceedingly busy executive calendar, scheduling and aligning meetings/calls to align with priorities and ensuring setting the executive up for success.nMonitoring Outlook account and responding to, forwarding or distributing communications. Compiling and editing communications and other confidential information.nResponsibility for collecting and managing reports, creating presentations, managing web-ex conferences and preparing executives for leadership presentations.nManaging and ensuring completion of a multitude of deliverables across the Talent Acquisition leadership team.nServing as ambassador for the group, interfacing with key stakeholders, on-boarding colleagues and serving as general office manager for the department.nCollecting and preparing supporting documents for critical team meetings.nDaily responsibilities will include responding to phone calls, maintaining department supplies, travel planning, expense management along with Human Resource supportnQualificationsnExperience and Skillss:n3 or more years of current Human Resources experience in a banking environmentn2 or more years of project experience in human resourcesnProficient in MS Outlook, Power Point, Word, and ExcelnAbility to work with limited supervision, independentnStrong prioritization and problem solving skillsnSolid written, verbal and communication skillsnAttention to detail and sensitivity to deadlinesnExcellent customer service/communication skillsnSharePoint knowledge a plusnEducation:nBachelor’s degree requirednHours  Work SchedulenHours per Week: 8:00-5:00nWork Schedule: Monday – FridaynWhy Work with UsnAt Citizens, you’ll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
