**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our dynamic TA Team in our Minneapolis office, based in Bloomington, Minnesota
Major Accountabilities:
- Receive, review, edit, and submit job requisitions for approval in Workday
- Initiate and manage post-offer process including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and pre-employment drug screens
- Post open requisitions to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Careers site via Workday and other required sites
- Schedule interviews for open positions and coordinate travel and logistical arrangements
- Coordinate annual campus recruiting effort to include:
event registration
ordering and maintaining giveaway inventory
participation in career fairs and other events
coordination of event participants and logistics
tracking and reporting of open co-op and intern positions
- Assist with weekly and ad hoc reporting needs, tracking Talent Acquisition metrics, and compliance reporting
- Track and communicate employee referral bonuses
- Source and/or screen potential candidates for open positions using available tools and resources
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent organizational skills
High customer service orientation
Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with changing and conflicting priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong technical aptitude
Collaborative and highly engaged
Required Experience/Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree preferred
One or more years (1 ) of experience directly supporting a talent acquisition team required
Two or more (2 ) years of experience in an administrative support or customer facing role preferred
Demonstrated experience and skill in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience using Workday or other recruiting systems preferred
Experience in screening job candidates against open positions preferred
Campus recruiting experience highly desirable
