The position assumes full desk responsibilities while driving revenue and GP growth through client development sales and direct hire placements. This person utilizes sales and recruitment activities to achieve minimum performance standards and above through direct hiring billings. The Executive Recruiter will have proven success in pipelining & matching candidates for placement, managing the direct hire process including lead generation with existing and/or new accounts.
This position is responsible for talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, marketing candidates, coordinating send outs/company ins/company outs activities, customer service, closing placements, retention and business development initiatives and minimizing fall-offs by executing the post placement process.
