OfficeTeam currently has a fantastic opportunity for a skillful and driven Human Resources Assistant. In addition to providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures, the Human Resources Assistant will be in charge of a number of different personnel related administrative tasks. This opening is based in the Youngstown, Ohio area and is a short term temporary opportunity. Major responsibilities - Perform various administrative duties - Research the internet to discover potential customers - Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials - Update employee database logs

Job Requirements

- Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Highly detail oriented and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity - Data entry experience preferred - Proficiency in benefits administration - Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing - Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
