Think you're up to the challenge?Aspromonte Marketing is looking for an intern to join the experienced hire recruiting team in the Cherry Hill Office. The Intern will assist with projects related to experienced hire recruiting, new hire onboarding, training administration, and daily operations.Responsibilities:Support the recruitment efforts for the experienced hire recruiting team through sourcing and candidate coordinationTake on projects that may involve research, deck creation and \/ or reporting for the experienced hire recruiting team focused in the areas of technology enablement, diversity sourcing and creative brand promotionMaintenance and audit responsibilities for our applicant tracking system, including uploading interview feedback (training provided)Provide event coordination support for internal and external events and coordinate recruitment materials for eventsQualifications:Available up to 40 hours \/ week during (only students at local universities will be considered) and around 20 hours\/week during school yearCurrently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an interest in recruiting or HR functionsMinimum Overall 3.0 GPAStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to write concise summaries and effectively present information to the recruiting teamStrong customer services orientation; may interact with employees on general inquiriesDemonstrated computer skills, with high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Detail orientatedAbility to maintain strict confidentialityWe believe in treating each employee and applicant for employment fairly and with dignity.
