\u003cp\u003eResponsible for processing time, labor and payroll data using Lewis Tree processes and procedures ensuring on-time, accurate employee paychecks.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePayroll Workflow: Maintains knowledge and compliance of federal, state and local payroll regulations.
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for preparation of certified payrolls\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepares monthly union reporting and payments\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProcesses extra compensation payments, off-cycle check requests, pay adjustments and stop payments\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePayroll Processing: Responsible for calculating, processing and reporting various employee payroll taxes and deductions including garnishments, union dues and benefits.
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for importing and exporting various files within multiple systems.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepares, analyzes and disperses various reports on a regular basis.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations and assists with audits.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCompletes required statistical reports for various agencies\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommunicates with the human resource department and other departments to obtain data to facilitate the completion of time and labor information, retroactive payments and PTO and vacation payouts.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCustomer Support: Serves as the point-of-service customer contact for employees by providing information and resolving issues associated with the processing of payroll data.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping payroll information confidential.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eExperience in ERP and HRIS platforms (JDEdwards, Ultimate Software preferred)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eHigh level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eFPC or CPP certification preferred\u003c/li\u003e
