This is a company recognize as an industrynleader and a great place to work.The HumannResources Manager serves as a Generalist in the areas of diversity,nemployee relations, training and development, staffing, performancenmanagement, organization development and design, benefits,ncompensation, communication, and legal issues and as the directnManager for the Human Resources Staff. The Manager acts as anbusiness partner to the management staff and develops, interpretsnand communicates Human Resources policies and procedures to allnassociates. The HR manager is a key member of the managementnteam.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Establishes and develops pro-active communicationnchannels between individuals and groups. Ensures consistency inncommunications delivered to the facility. •Ensures consistency in areas such as the applicationnof company policy and procedure and the treatment of the associatenpopulation. Identifies, counsels, & providesnrecommendations/feedback to employees & management onnpossible/current employee/management issues, performance, and teamndynamics. Provides benefit guidance to associates whennappropriate. •Supervises the HumannResources staff in daily activities. Ensures Human Resourcesnadministrative functions are executed efficiently. •Develops appropriate staffing & retention goals,nstrategies, & activities to achieve business results for thenBranch Staff. •Ensures compliancenwith federal & state law, as well as company policy &nprocedures, in areas including FLSA, Title VII of the Civil RightsnAct, FMLA, OSHA, workplace violence, & substancenabuse. •Partners with otherndepartments/locations on projects as needed.ops, conducts &nimplements training for all associates, includingnmanagement. •Demonstrate effective,nfrequent, independent judgment on complexnsituations •Able to communicate withnall levels of the organization. Has ability to clearly expressnideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectivelynhandle sensitive issues and facilitate criticalninteractions. •Bachelor’snDegree Required; Master’s Degree Preferred (HumannResources, Business Administration or relatednfield) •SPHR/PHRnpreferred •Minimum 7-10 years HumannResources Generalist experience; 3-5 yrs. supervisorynexperience •Exposure to anmanufacturing or distribution operations preferred •Bilingual a plus.
