and knowledge in relation to position requirements Create and present pre-screen questions to hiring managers for

testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and

management positions throughout the CompanyFacilitate offers of employment to potential candidatesCoordinate face to face and phone interview with hiring mangersPost job openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional

organizations, and in other position appropriate venuesMaintain, distribute all recruiting reportsOrder and monitor all background and credit checks for candidates who

have received verbal employment offersAll other duties assigned





1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the mortgage

industryBS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration or related

discipline requiredKnowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not

limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis,

wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligenceMust be able to manage competing demands, accept  constructive feedback, while being extremely

adaptable and flexibleExcellent writing and oral communication skills are requiredAbility to recruit for a broad, deep range of positionsExcellent Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and
