Cylance is seeking an HR Generalist to be the main point of contact for specific client/business unit. This is a Contractor position. You will be responsible for employee engagement, employee relations including coaching, counseling and performance. You will have the ability to positively interface with employees and managers as well as roll up your sleeves and handle onboarding, new hire orientation, terminations, etc.
You will establish
strong relationships and collaborate well with HR colleagues and business clients.
Responsibilities may be expanded to include additional client assignments. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
ssist HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to support client/business unit in areas such as performance management, change management, career development, leadership development, training and engagement.
Work with leaders, managers and employees to provide advice and coach all parties on all employee relations issues.
Influence and integrate diversity programs and inclusion strategies, where possible.
Work with HR and key stakeholders to develop and implement programs that support employee engagement achieving strategic business initiatives and deliver results
Act as a thought partner with learning and development team with emphasis on fostering employee engagement, collaboration, and teamwork
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
B.S. Degree in HR/Business or equivalent (graduate degree preferred)
2 years of related experience supporting a business unit that includes remote employees.
Strong experience in employee relations, coaching and counseling required.
Ability to work well across different functions and geographic locations
Experience conducting team building and team development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable to significant change
Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong
Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects
