Nutrition division is currently seeking a talented Recruiting Manager based in our Columbus OH office who is passionate about finding top talent for our global organization.  This role will manage a team of Recruiters and act as a strategic partner with business leaders in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Nutrition business.Position SummaryDirectly manages a team of recruiters with a focus on Commercial, Sales, and Marketing roles.Partners with business leaders to recommend Recruiting strategies, analyze trends, proactively anticipate future hiring needs and directly recruit on key senior leadership roles.Works closely with the Practice Centers on design, selection and implementation of global TA systems.Creates and implements processes and practices within the talent system based on global strategic direction.Provides the process and practices for reporting based on business objectives by area.Completes performance audits that evaluate candidate experience and compliance with staffing requirements.Develops measures for all methodologies utilized in identifying and acquiring talent.Develop training objectives and guidelines to support TA system and process objectives.Works closely with HR IT and Corp IT to ensure TA requirements are comprehended and supported on a global basis.Main ResponsibilitiesResponsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.Global alignment and use of enterprise wide Talent systems in support of TA strategies and policies.Support all policy, process and practice implementation by geographical area and country.Ensure metrics are designed into new TA strategies and products to ensure ongoing performance data.Develop training objective and guidelines to support TA system and process objectivesAligns staffing processes to Applicant Tracking System capability.Helps analyze/assess new technologies and build capabilities via systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.  MBA is preferred but not required.2-5  years of progressive HR or business experience.2  years of sourcing and staffing experience (sourcer, recruiter, generalist, etc.) 2  years of people management in an HR or Recruiting role strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and identify recruiting strategies to effectively meet business needs.Project management experience.Data tracking, analysis and report generation.Systems implementation experience a plus.Knowledge of sourcing and staffing activities.Understand process design and can support practice variations based on business and country unique or critical needs.Knowledge/understanding of compliance requirements for employment law, staffing and staffing systems.Visit **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. at ****connect with us on Twitter at @**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.News.,datePosted:2018-07-12T00:00:00,title:Manager Talent Acquisition - Columbus OH,occupationalCategory:Human Resources,@context:****Talent Acquisition - Columbus OH in United States - Ohio - Columbus | Human Resources at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
