Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of GE Corporate’s

recruiting infrastructure, including end-to-end process, data / analytics, employee referral program— Optimize the effectiveness of talent acquisition as an operation across the board

Ensure the recruiting team has the most effective tools to source and assess internal and external talent.

Provide guidance, subject matter expertise, direction and partnership to the HR Service Delivery team that manages key elements of the recruiting process.

Act as a go-to subject matter expert on Recruiting Operations, Applicant Tracking System administration and TA Reporting.

Manage relationships with recruiting partners and vendors.

Partner with the Head of Corporate TA and GE Corporate Communication on defining and leading the GE corporate employment branding

strategy.

Reduce risk and protect the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing and overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance, data integrity and recruiting audits.

Partner with the Talent Technology

Leader to define and develop the appropriate KPIs to measure success, assess performance and evaluate effectiveness of all TA technology to identify future technology investments.

Work with various stakeholders to ensure that the Workday & TA technology tech stack recruiting product supports the end to end recruiting process effectively and efficiently.

Partner with the Digital Technology product owners to define/design technology changes to the TA tech stack.

Partner with TA Operations leaders across all GE businesses and lead enterprise project initiatives relative to enterprise technology and data and analytics

Develop metrics and recruiting analytics that will inform the hiring process improvements, market strategies and forecasting future talent needs.

Oversee the creation and build out of core TA reports and dashboards for the GE TA Enterprise.

Basic

Qualification/Requirements:

10 years Talent Acquisition Operations experience, including working with RPO partners

Experience rolling out global recruiting platforms and implementing innovative recruiting tools and technologies.

Experience leading large, complex, multi-business/functional global projects with a focus on process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience improving TA operations through strong process, stakeholder management and technology know-how.

Strong process and operational expertise with emphasis on process design, solutioning and documentation (six sigma, LEAN).

Data-driven leader who can synthesize key insights and build future focused operational plans.

Demonstrated success in leading broad business initiatives at the global enterprise level

Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process and digital assets.

Well organized, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high volume and high pressure environment.

Ability to adapt to changing business priorities & environment.

Highly collaborative, ability to influence without direct authority; comfortable with conflict and debate.

Critical thinker with the ability to bring others along, even those with conflicting priorities.

LOCATION

Flexible. At or near a GE East Coast Hub--New York City, Boston or Norwalk, CT.
