u00a0nJob Description:nThe Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle full cycle recruiting of high volume roles within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. as well as provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.u00a0 The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help execute staffing objectives; work with Hiring Managers and assist with the candidate experience.u00a0 The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist will be required to travel back and forth from the Arlington Heights and Schaumburg **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. offices, in order to accommodate candidate greets /tour requests.u00a0nu00a0nThis is a highly visible role, therefore, maintaining professionalism and providing top-notch service is critical.nu00a0u00a0nPerformance Objectives:nResponsible for full cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting telephone interviews, scheduling candidates for onsite interviews, offer letter administration, background check processing and on-boarding of new hires.nConsult and make recommendations to hiring managers on interview process and candidate selection.nSupport Talent Acquisition Specialists by serving as the point of contact for candidates during their onsite interviews; greet and tour candidates and ensure a best class candidate experience.nResponsible for various social media and marketing initiatives for employer branding.u00a0nAssist other Talent Acquisition Specialists by facilitating the interview process (schedule/reschedule onsite interviews, coordinate in-person interview days including candidate travel, booking rooms).nFacilitate and manage content for social media campaigns; maintain creative solutions to assist with marketing and branding functions as related to Talent Acquisition efforts.nManage our documentation within the applicant tracking system including running monthly reports to track progress of recruitment metrics; posting jobs; collecting and uploading Hiring Manager interview notes.nBe point of contact for managers to coordinate any seasonal/temporary needs.nAssist with the coordination of hiring events including professional and college job fairs and local marketing initiatives to create employer brand awareness.nSupport the Talent Acquisition department in any way that helps ensure that our fast-paced recruiting environment runs smoothly.nOther duties as assigned.nPartner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Management team to establish work priorities.u00a0nMaintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest and to address and anticipate issues.nMaintain metrics for open and filled positions.nExperience and Skills:nExperience u0026 Skills Required:nBacheloru2019s Degree strongly preferredn2 years of administrative or support experience; preferably relevant work experience in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environmentnProficient in Microsoft office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointnProven ability to quickly learn and navigate new softwareu00a0nStrong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organizationnCustomer service orientationnAbility to handle confidential information with great sensitivitynAbility to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with occasional supervisionnStrong attention to detail and highly organizednCreative/outside the box thinkernGreat at prioritizing and calmly reacts to unforeseen changes to plansnFamiliarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, practices and procedures a plus!nAbility to travel between Arlington Heights and Schaumburg office locations,
