Embeds corporate HR strategy and provides professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. Responsible for ensuring human capital strategy and high-value HR processes are implemented successfully at the business-unit level and are aligned to overall corporate strategy. Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends; including employee relations, training, employment, and benefits in partnership with business unit management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a Business Partner or in a combination of Disciplines.
