Profile

Embeds corporate HR strategy and provides professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business. Responsible for ensuring human capital strategy and high-value HR processes are implemented successfully at the business-unit level and are aligned to overall corporate strategy. Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends; including employee relations, training, employment, and benefits in partnership with business unit management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a Business Partner or in a combination of Disciplines.

  • Provides consultation, advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR programs, policies and tools.
  • Assists in roll out of company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, process improvement, etc.)
  • Partners with managers to prepare for and complete performance reviews and bonus and merit increase recommendations in alignment with Nasdaq guidelines and policies.
  • Understands assigned client groups' business plan and identifies impacts to talent resources.
  • Acts as the voice of the client with HR internally ensuring that position, decision and or direction taken by HR remains customer centric and business focused.
  • Supports special projects as necessary.
  • Provides informal guidance to colleagues with less experience.
  • Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience Required: 3 years experience
