The Human Resource Associate is responsible for a mix of HR administrative and functional duties supporting both on the corporate level (entire Expera population) and more directly for the Expera Staff Groups (Sales & Marketing, Finance, IT & Procurement). This individual provides functional support to the Human Resource Department, which includes supporting employee relations activities, supporting implementation and completion of key talent management processes, administering HRIS changes, maintaining records, supporting recruiting and employee engagement activities events, managing HR continuous improvement projects and providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. HR Associate Requirements Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources Prior experience in HR administration preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required Experience with Microsoft Publisher or InDesign, a plus Experience with a recognized HCM and Time & Attendance system preferred, experience with SharePoint, ADP Vantage HCM, and Kronos, a plus Highly organized with high degree of attention to detail required Must be process oriented Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills required Outstanding written composition and oral communication skills required Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information Ability to relate well to all employees and levels of management HR Associate Responsibilities Must follow Expera\u2019s manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable to the position\u2019s areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper. Provide functional administrative support to the Expera Staff group Fully support recruiting, staffing and new employee onboarding for the Expera Staff Group including position scoping, sourcing, phone screening and recruiting process management including testing and pre-employment assessments and screening Assist employees with questions about compensation and other HR programs Work with third party administrators to manage Leaves \u2013 STD, LTD, FMLA for Expera staff groups Assist with policy development and maintenance Maintain employee records as ADP Vantage HCM system data Organize or assist with employee recognition activities and employee events Assist with Open Enrollment education and communications Assist with training development and delivery for HR policies and procedures Assist with data tracking and analysis for employee development and talent management functions Assist with 360 Feedback Review process for Expera Staff Group Support employee relations and assist managers with cases involving discipline\/corrective action Take on management of smaller HR projects including special cost reduction projects Become part of the team!
