Payroll Analyst, Hummelstown, PA (Corporate Office)
The Payroll Analyst provides administrative/clerical support to the Payroll Coordinator and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. (DPTI’s) ® Human Resources Department. The position works closely with the Payroll Coordinator in the input of DPTI’s payroll.
Essential Functions:
Treats staff members according to DPTI’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles.
Establish internal and external relationships of mutual trust and respect.
Maintains HR confidentiality.
Maintains active employee personnel files.
Assists with preparation of payroll paperwork.
Data enters changes/updates in payroll system to process bi-weekly payroll.
Runs and verifies change reports.
Audits payroll transmission.
Data enters required receipt of HR documents in payroll system.
Prepares new hire packets.
Prepares/mails offer of employment letters with new hire packets.
Maintains active employee I-9 forms.
Updates New Hire Log with background check information.
Confirms receipt of offers of employment based on 14 day timeline.
Assists in performing special projects involving surveying or compiling information.
Provides relief for corporate receptionist as needed.
Participates on committees as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
1-2 years of experience performing administrative duties or in related field.
Prior experience using ADP Vantage a plus

Related experience and demonstrated knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Projects self in a neat, professional and courteous manner.
