Genesis10 is actively seeking a SENIOR RECRUITER for a CONTRACT TO HIRE position with our Financial Services client located in Fort Mill, SC area. Description: Genesis10 seeks a Senior Recruiter to work on a contract to hire basis for our key financial services client. This role will interact daily with hiring managers and executives to gather, define, and refine job requirements for the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of full time and contingency workers. Specialization in sourcing and placing IT, Operations, Data Management/Business Intelligence, Finance, and Investment. Represent the client at industry events (trade shows, job fairs, college career events, etc.) and promote the clients brand locally and nationally. Responsibilities: Partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand and define hiring needs and goals; Partner closely with Global Resourcing Function on initiatives focused on the US business Partner with Hiring Managers to design effective and calibrated interview processes; Take ownership for relevant candidate pipelines and continuing to develop them through various sourcing methods including direct applicants, employee referrals, use of agencies when appropriate, campus recruiting, etc.; Manage feedback process with candidates, and more widely manage the candidates and any recruiters involved in the hiring process Lead offer-making and negotiation process Work with external recruitment agencies and social media to attract talent; Seek out, develop, and execute new and innovative sourcing strategies; Directly contact potential candidates via advertising, social medial, email, and telephone to pool, attract and engage with candidates to consider the group as a potential employer; Facilitate hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers; Drive the offer process, generating offer documents, and closing candidates ensuring consistent and accurate / timely updating of the of the groups recruitment system (Workday recruiting) Keep stakeholders apprised of search status by maintaining high quality data reports and performance metrics; Represent the firm's mission, brand, and hiring goals internally and externally; Act as the external-facing eyes and ears for other internally focused HR and business groups; actively collecting, interpreting, and distributing useful market data and intelligence. Develop and maintain our employer brand in the US market. Ability to utilize diversity programs in the talent acquisition process. Work with Schools to development relationships for talent pipeline and build our brand. Manage hiring of internship and graduate programs included building relationships with colleges, marketing the groups programs and opportunities with target colleges and faculties. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required Experience working as an in-house recruiter at a fast-growing company or start-up. Proven strength in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition – with track record of direct sourcing candidates across different role types – ideally would be technology, operations, corporate functions, data, investment roles Experience with Affirmative Action Plans Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Ability to consistently follow recruitment process and us recruitment applicant tracking systems – ideally Workday recruitment Broad knowledge of technology and finance industries is strongly desired, but not required; Ability to exercise discretion and work independently; Analytically minded, metrics driven, organized approach to recruiting; Strong client relationship building and networking abilities; Aptitude and interest for learning new businesses and technologies; Proven capability to develop and execute high quality recruiting programs and operational processes; Experience and knowledge of college relations hiring approaches and techniques Proven track record for building and supporting high growth, high performing teams in a fast paced environment.
