Role Summary:

GE Digital Talent Acquisition (DTA) is responsible for developing, refining and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain GE’S Digital Talent.

The DTA Operations Team within DTA powers the digital recruitment talent engine through people, process & systems. The DTA Operations team strives to standardize and integrate aspects of Sourcing, Staffing, Operations, Technology and Programs as a horizontal thread throughout the DTA organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Digital TA Operations Team, the DTA Programs Leader will design, develop, deploy and scale innovative programs and solutions for our talent partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has passion for optimizing process, working cross functionally, imagining new solutions and actively building to bring them to fruition.

Provide quality & complex program management across all critical components of key DTA initiatives to drive business outcomes and efficiencies including:

Developing a comprehensive program strategy

Facilitating and acting as an engaged participant in problem and requirements definition

Designing and evaluating prospective solutions and against risk, cost and effort

Developing and managing implementation roadmap and project plans against execution and delivery

Identifying and implementing ongoing operational improvements

Providing insights using metrics and learnings to drive learning and effectiveness opportunitiesThe DTA Programs Leader can lead and build at scale, taking on, at times, ambiguously defined programs, and several highly prioritized initiatives concurrently. These may include but are not limited to:

Hiring quality and consistent talent delivery initiatives

DTA new hire onboarding

Recruiter training & effectiveness

DTA technology needs

Events based recruiting

DTA employer branding & perception

Horizontal recruiting & coordination

3rd party agency engagement and vendor managementPartner and work with stakeholders across multiple functions to champion the business case to drive a well understood value proposition. Build relationships through engaged partnership and shared objectives with stakeholder community, managing expectations through excellent change management and communication plans. The DTA Programs Leader will act as a subject matter expert on the DTA recruiting process and tools and with this SME knowledge, effectively translate pain points of the current state into improvements across DTA personas, process simplification and systems enhancements, including the Applicant Tracking System (BrassRing) and the CRM (Ascendify)He/she will work in partnership with Digital Technology to integrate to-be recruiting processes with technology requirements to systemize and automate key processes through all phases of the recruitment life cycle. Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in Business or process engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations or Management Information Systems)

Minimum of 7 years professional experience in a TA Recruiting or G&A Business Operations function Eligibility Requirements:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen

Must be willing to travel /-10%

Must be willing to work out of San Ramon, CA based office, with on campus culture Desired Characteristics:

Prior experience at companies within tech, software or internet sector

Prior experience operating in globally matrixed TA organization

Proven experience accomplishing business outcomes through cross functional teamwork

Project/Program management experience at scale and complexity

Advanced Excel & data analysis skills

Advanced PowerPoint storyboarding and C-level presentation design skills

Passionate about transforming how work gets done through automation

Fearless at engaging with internal & external stakeholders

Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and pivot on shifting priorities

Takes a systems thinking approach to work, connecting individual dots and pieces to a whole view
