We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization. You will recruit for a diverse set of roles spanning artificial intelligence software (computer vision, 3D perception, localization & mapping), robotics, and vehicle engineering. You will help build out these teams, be involved in owning hiring targets, partner with the multiple hiring managers, and help us creatively evolve how we attract, hire, and create an unforgettable candidate experience.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for all engineering & technology hiring with emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer lettersInnovate on ways to build a talent pipeline from top tier marketing and enterprise companies
3 years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
Ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
A basic/fundamental understanding of technical skill sets (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science etc.)
Creative sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques including cold calling, social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events etc.
Relentless drive to find and connect with diverse talent
Previous recruiting experience in the autonomous vehicle space is a huge plus
