**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national and international practice, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as Employee Relations Generalists in its Los Angeles office. This position will report directly to the firm’s Regional Director of Human Resources and will work closely with other Human Resources and administrative personnel.
Preparing paperwork for new hire orientations.
Training and evaluation
Implementation of firm policies and procedures
Planning of office functions
Data entry of employee information (new hires, terminations, employee changes).
Assist with paid time off tracking and reconciliation.
Coordination of office events.
Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, scanning, etc.
Additional duties as assigned.
No travel for now, but will have to travel in the future.
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
Demonstrated human resources skills and experience, and strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attitude and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Works well in team environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
