Your Tasks Partners with business groups in the Americas region to develop and implement programs and processes designed to maximize employee development, productivity, performance, and engagement or close skill\/knowledge gaps. Where applicable, partner with subject matter experts in the development of programs designed to address improvement areas. Conducts needs analysis assessments, focus groups, or interviews and reviews available talent management resources to identify similar regional training needs among region business groups. Leads the development of virtual and blended learning concepts and conducts classroom trainings within the region. Execute trainings to support the learning of internal regional customers. Manages all aspects of the region learning management system (LMS). Responsible for management of development and communications programs, sales training, or train-the-trainer programs. Coordinates FRCCNA functional training offerings with internal resources and publishes to the region LMS. Manages Freudenberg\u2019s Leadership Framework programs in the region. Identification of internal and external resources to support the implementation of organiziational and team development workshops. Makes recommendations in the negotiation of reduced pricing with FBS if external training vendors are needed or requested. Participation in projects in the area of the Learning & Development. Participate in Global T&D community representing region. Evaluate performance improvement solutions and make recommendations. Works independently on key tasks, projects. Interacts with FRCCNA functions, Business Group Management, HR, SME\u2019s, Global training and Development community and external suppliers, consultants. Manages training and development budget and internal charging model to business groups Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification. Demonstrated job duties and knowledge listed are sum for the job classification. Knowledge of all duties is to be cross functional but specific duties are assigned within available personnel. Our expectations The candidate requires strong knowledge of how to consult and coach business leaders and managers on all levels regarding the further development of the organization or of teams. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical to success as the candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interface with all business groups in US, Canada and Mexico. Requires a solid understanding of human and group behavior and possess the ability to execute successful programs in an adult learning environment. The candidate must have a strong customer focus and possess the ability to adapt to internal customer needs at all levels of the organization and a proven ability to work successfully in an international, intercultural environment. The candidate must perform with a minimum of supervision and be a demonstrated team player. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Demonstrated ability to consult with internal clients on all levels to meet objectives Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Excellent abilities to reflect on own and others behavior and to adapt style according to customer\u00b4s needs Ability to structure and functionally lead an agile organization Project Management experience in an international environment. Strong customer orientation and proven ability to manage all complex projects successfully Proficiency in MS office, especially PowerPoint as well as SharePoint Excellent written and oral communication skills Goal oriented\/self-motivated Ability to influence others. Problem\/situation analysis. Analytical and strategic thinking skills. High-energy, good presence Excels in a fast-paced, intense learning environment with minimum supervision Education and\/or Experience: Master\u2019s degree preferred in Human Resources and\/or Organizational Development\/Behavior, Adult Education or similar 10 years\u2019 experience in the consulting\/training\/education field and knowledge of organizational behavior, adult learning, strategic management, performance improvement, change management, human and group behavior. Experience in the facilitation of complex organizational and team development processes. Travel Requirements: Travel to Freudenberg sites across North America at 50% and internationally estimated travel at 10%.
