Examples ofWork Performed: TheUniversity of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking applicationsfor a Human Resources Specialist. Thisfull-time, University Staff (non-classified) position may be filled at theentry through intermediate professional level, depending on the successfulcandidate\u2019s education, experience, and suitability for a particular position. This position is responsible for supporting the human resources needs andfunctions of the participating basic science and clinical Core departments anddivisions within the School of Medicine. This HR Specialist will workcollaboratively with the HR Shared Services team by providing the School ofMedicine departments with any recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and other humanresources needs. This position may determine and implement strategies forrecruitment, selection and job evaluation, while ensuring compliance withfederal, University, and departmental policies. This position will also assist inthe coordination of all faculty affairs processes which include managing thecredentialing process for new medical staff. Under the direction of the HRShared Services Manager, this HR Specialist will work closely andcollaboratively with the School of Medicine Directors of Finance andAdministration, Director of Human Resources and the School of Medicine Directorof Faculty Affairs. The ideal candidate for thisposition will be an energetic individual who is ready to help create change andbe part of a group of professionals dedicated to collaborative approaches,relationship building and positive outcomes.
