What You Will Be Doing
This HR Sr Director will align with Pure’s Engineering and Product Management functions to enable business success, amplify our culture and increase organizational effectiveness through Pure’s People strategy.
This includes:
Leading your HR team and resources to assure Pure’s R&D talent strategy is completely aligned with Pure business strategy
Driving leadership and org effectiveness for aligned business units
Individually modeling and leading team through Culture and Values with language, actions, and the complete employee experience
Delivering all HR programs such as performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement plans with Excellence and for global consistency
Providing change management and leadership coaching to successfully embrace opportunities of scale and growth
Diagnosing performance (onboarding, ramping, sales effectiveness), scaling (planning, hiring, retention), and inclusion & diversity issues with the business units and collaborating with stakeholders to collaborate on and implement an effective resolution

What You Bring to the Team
BA/BS or equivalent plus 12 years of relevant, progressive experience
Advanced business acumen and business-centric problem-solving skills
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling (building out) HR functions in a complex, dynamic and global business environment
Organization development expertise, including organizational diagnostics, org structure alignment to business requirements, and change management expertise
Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with senior executives, along with proven executive coaching capabilities
Core capability with HR laws, comp and benefits issues, employee relations
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, including in groups
Success in people management, including attraction, assessment/hiring, development, and performance management
Prior experience with a technology company preferred
Proficiency in HR management systems eg Workday, Greenhouse, Exactly etc
