In this role you’ll be an integral part of growing the team across the enterprise sales and marketing function and helping to hire, build, and scale the business/operations side of the business. You’ll bring to the table your creative and tenacious recruiting skills to find the ideal talent for our team. You will also assist in building out lasting and impactful recruiting and interviewing processes, epitomize and foster a meaningful culture within the company, and scale the recruiting and HR function within the company. This role reports into the Head of Talent and will be located in San Francisco.

What You’ll be Doing :
-Utilize tactical and creative means to searching and engaging talent.
-Managing end-to-end recruiting for non-technical roles from Sourcing, Coordination, interview training and prep, to Offer negotiations and Closing.
-Shepherd a quality and seamless interview process both for Candidates as well as for internal Interviewers.
-Meet consistent Hiring Goals and tackling them with tenacity, flexibility, and a people-first focus
-Work with Hiring Managers and Interviewers to properly train and prep them for Interview Processes
-Consistently training and acting as a consultant throughout the interview and decision process
-Build lasting and strong relationships with team members and Candidates
About You :
*6 years in a Recruiter role with a focus on enterprise sales and marketing roles
*Experience within a fast-paced and quickly-scaling Startup environment (internal recruiting)
*Experience conducting and/or shepherding interviews
*Ability to take a consultative approach to recruiting
*Experience with modern ATS’ (Lever a plus) and Sourcing Tools
*You have an outstanding attitude, and are able to exemplify the company culture through your actions and words. You should be able to get someone excited and engaged in your initial conversations
*Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
