Overview **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support all facets of human resources including but not limited to; maintenance of the Human Resources Information System, employee relations, benefit administration,u00a0training and development, legal compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and full lifecycle recruiting. This position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail and a proactive approach to HR related issues. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement long-term staffing strategy for most positions. Develop recruiting sources. Evaluate job candidates to ensure that they meet job specifications and standards. Communicate job and employee benefit information to job candidates. Extend offers of employment. Conduct orientation. Prepare and maintain employment and applicant records. Implement employee and management recognition. Administer annual employee survey and culture audit. Write articles for employee newsletter. Process employee benefits. Administer benefits, Family and Medical Leaves, and file Workeru2019s Compensation claims. Adhere to company policies and practices. Comply with all state and federal regulations in all aspects of human resources management. Maintain reports of individual and department activity and results. Use care with confidential information. Protect employeeu2019s private information. Analyze, design, develop, and deliver training. Implement safety, health, and wellness programs. Monitor expenses to budget. Perform regular activity audits. Regular and predictable attendance.u00a0 Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar designation helpful. EXPERIENCE: Job related experience helpful. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:u00a0 Excellent interpersonal skills.
